They went out of their way to be helpful. The food was amazing. Healthy and creative and so delicious. Loved it. I’ll definitely be going back. It’s a break to reconnect with nature - as such there are windows in the bedrooms with no blinds so you wake up slowly with the morning light. Personally I prefer black out blinds but it is in keeping with what the hotel is trying to do. I also feel a juicer on site to have freshly prepared juices would not go amiss but these are tiny things. The food was excellent- fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, innovative and refined. Credit goes to the young chef - Will and team, who also took the time to converse with guests. We had the tent Accomodation- it was lovely albeit the outside space was under-utilised because it was cold. We decided to escape Sydney for a last minute break and this property shone from previous reviews. To be able to escape to this slice of Paradise in less than 90 mins is phenomenal! We felt immediately at home with Lauren who greeted us with a big smile and some lovely drinks and snacks. Unlike other all inclusive venues that make you feel guilty for consumption, Spicer’s simply makes you relax and enjoy and indulge. Sam and Zach the hosts are fantastic and the food we enjoyed almost flawless. The property is set in amazing grounds and nothing is too much trouble.
