Fantastic stay

Fabulous hotel, luxurious feel and experience. Fantastic staff. Super comfy bed. Overall very very good hotel without the luxury price tag.

Me and a friend stayed over after a party in one of the function rooms. Great function space, food and DJ and for less than £60 to stay over it was a great deal. Room was clean and spacious with a good shower and basic facilities. On Sunday we had a swim after a great breakfast. Lovely addition to the party.

The staff have been amazing everytime we have been visiting for the last ten months more on a weekly basis however recently have not felt that welcomed by a certain member of staff who shows no customer service care at all and come across very rude and abrupt. We have always enjoyed being here as the staff have always been friendly but recently we do not feel that is the case with one of the receptionist called Adeola. It would be appreciated if this individual respects customers and approaches...

Really lovely hotel, great location and was surprised by the size of the room.

Parked at the Novotel around the corner, yourparkingspace app was just under £12 for 24 hours. Body wash in the shower was empty, reception said they'd sort it. Minor niggle, but very nice well located hotel with very good spa facilities and friendly staff.

Very welcoming. Staff in all areas of the hotel were professional, friendly and helpful. They all appeared to be working together as a team. Very Covid aware, hand sanitizer all around, one way systems and staff ensured masks worn appropriately by guests. Room very clean. Breakfast cooked to order and delicious. Bar area comfortable and great service. Well done Novotel. Will definitely return to this top hotel right in the heart of the lovely Sheffield.

The hotel was in contact beforehand making certain aspects such as check in and parking clear. Upon arrival staff welcomed us and answered any questions we had calmly. The hotel was calm and relaxing. The room was spacious and as a famiy of 4 we enjoyed our overnight stay.

Location and setting were both beautiful and it’s a charming Inn with a warm and friendly welcome. We loved it...!

Great PLace to stay. Its new management and just getting off the ground but the quality and provisions were excellent for the money. I cant fault it . I was the only one in the restaurant but they were attentive and the food was brilliant. hopefully theyll take off .

The newer part - where my room was - was functional, if not beautiful, but lovely and clean and comfortable, with gorgeous linen and towels. The older part was really lovely and very worth preserving and maintaining. The absolute best part of my stay was the staff. All impeccable, friendly and professional. Thank you Warlei for my clean, fresh room; Charley and Ellise on the front desk, Paul and Chloey in hospitality as well as all the rest of the team who worked so hard. You’re all marvellous!...

5* Well looked after by the host Andrea. The accommodation was perfect - immaculately clean and newly refurbished. Nice little touches, including free Prosecco on arrival. Plenty of parking available, have recommended to friends
