"A cheap and cheerful night on the outskirts of Derby. The hotel is rather hidden away and not well signposted.
I checked in, room was clean with tea/coffee available.
The rooms are single storey, bungalow style
There is parking right outside of the rooms"

We were very late arriving but they held the rooms for us and night manager was extremely kind to us knowing how exhausted we were.
We were very pleased with the rooms and how clean there were. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
One evening we took advantage of the 24hr menu and must say the pizza we a
ordered was very good indeed.
The breakfast was amazing and choices had something for everyone.
Overall I would stay there again.

This hotel has been refurbished recently and is in very good condition. We were lucky to stay in a double room with two double beds, easily big enough for a family of four but there were two of us.
As our visit was deemed to be a necessary visit due to Covid restrictions all our meals were taken in our rooms. The limited menu offered something for everyone and the quality of food was excellent, both at breakfast and in the evening. There was a lovely covered patio area to enjoy but the weather...

Beautifully decorated and presented period hotel.
Someone had gone to great lengths to ensure that the room had absolutely everything required for our stay.
Breakfast the following morning was the best that we have ever experienced.
Thankyou

I can't praise this hotel highly enough. We went for a one night stay in a junior suite. The hotel photos really don't do justice to how beautiful these rooms are. The room was immaculately clean and all fixtures were of such high quality.
The drench shower in the bathroom was the best shower I have ever had, so much so that I didn't want to get out! The luxury of a bath tub in the bedroom where you can watch TV whilst relaxing was a great experience.
The rooftop spa was a beautiful touch,...

We booked this hotel for is proximity to the arena. It’s about as close as you can get so location was perfect. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I would book again.

The young staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming - much more so than is often found in more expensive hotels.
My cheap toilet seat fell off as soon as I tried to use it. Indicative of the budget nature of the building.
Everything was very clean.
The bedroom was exactly as expected. Very comfortable night‘s sleep. Good value for money.
