"The staff were very accommodating when I arrived. Even though my room was not ready since it was very early in the morning, they were able to put a rush on my room and have it ready as soon as possible."

"There were numerous maintenance issues in the room - broken faucetS (plural), shower door did not close, towel hook was missing, fridge did not work, issues with the TV. Bathroom was DIRTY. Toilet had not been cleaned. There was mold in the shower. We booked for 3 people (and were charged for 3 people) but we were only provided with TWO (2) towels, 2 glasses, 2 mugs, etc… The hotel was understaffed. Took 20 minutes to reach the reception! ALL of this should have been dealt with PRIOR to check-in."
