"Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

"The Breeze room that I stayed is on the ground floor. The door lock had some issues in the first day that it couldn’t be opened or closed properly. Then later in the first day it couldn’t open at all. “Luckily”, the room is beside the kitchen which has a separate door going to the backyard. Our room has a patio door that can go straight to the backyard. So we tried to get to the room through the patio door and it worked.
