Communication with the owner / property management team was very clear and we had no issues with our self check-in. It was a lovely warm apartment - much appreciated after a long day walking around Oxford in the cold wintry weather we experienced for our visit! - and it had everything we could need for our stay - and having small toiletries provided was a nice touch. A small point to mention - which in no way affected our enjoyment of our stay: the curtains could do with some new curtain hooks as a few were missing, so the curtains didn't close as smoothly / completely as we would expect. I would happily stay here again if I needed a place to stay in Oxford as it's a good size for 2-3 people and in a great location so leave the car and explore on foot ... also great for anyone travelling to Oxford by train who needs a base within a few minutes' walk of the station ##### TRACY Y.
