"We had a 2 night stay at this lovely, new hotel. Very clean, beds wonderfully comfortable. Pillows a bit hard so a choice of pillow would have been better. Checking in was a bit of an ordeal, system issues and language barrier. I understand systems can be challenging at times but there was no customer care, I did not feel welcome, made to feel it was my fault. took my phone off me to check my booking but scrolling through it, which disturbed me. "Excellent breakfast, restaurant and overall hotel vibe is exquisite. The toilet is a bit off but very spacious the little partition thing doesn't really blocking water splash out from the shower the floor will be pretty wet but do dry very quickly."
