"The Sofitel is attached to Terminal 5 thru a series of walkways and this makes it easy. You do not have to go outside in bad weather to access it from the airport. The hotel staff, restaurants, gift shop, room, toiletries, sheets all top notch. I just really enjoy the experience of friendly people ensuring your stay is superior. This is the place."

"Our second time staying within a week ( 2 events planned in london) First stay was excellent as was this one. The staff are so lovely and attentive. We asked for extra pillows (only get given 1 per person) and they gave us these no problem. Car parking is ideal and safe as in a locked garage under the hotel. We didn’t try the food but heard many people saying it was great. We will stay here every time we need to come to london now. Also a great added bonus is that there are over 100 restaurants open until roughly 5am nearby on just eat. Which was ideal for us after returning from hyde park at 2AM. "

"The hotel was more than you could ask for, clean, quiet, reasonably priced food and drink. Rooms and bed was spacious and comfortable. Spa and pool were lovely… The shredded duck pizza was something I’ve never had and it was amazing!! All round on everything it’s 10/10 from me!!!"
