Walked out the door and right into the Tuesday market where we purchased food for dinner that night. "Annecy is an incredible location for active families (teens aged 12,14,14) who love great food, the our doors, history, scenery and an authentic experience. As most of the reviews say the climb with luggage is a bit challenging but once settled in it’s an incredible, easy to use, modern apartment with everything a teenage family needs. "Great stay and amazing service! I really enjoyed my stay. The two things I'll say for improvement: One, they need chairs with BACKS, not just stools. Two, in my room, there was a white box on the wall (maybe 20 x 30 cm big) that was actually letting in cold air from outside. The concierge and I had no idea what it was or how to stop it so we just stuffed it with a towel. It was 0° outside so it was a problem. "

"Positioned just below the château with stunning views over Annecy. Less than 5 minutes walk to Lake Annecy Steep walk up to hotel if on foot but car parking available. Felt very authentic and homely with the family cat and dog wondering around. Kettle in room but no coffee or milk available and the hot water in shower was a bit temperamental. "
