However there was some difficulty communicating about the entry process and location of keys. The entry way did take us by surprise as we entered descending down a stone stairwell with graffiti at night. We came to appreciate the location near the town center over the course of two days. The linens were stained and both duvets were dirty - one with a small old blood stain. When we asked for replacement linens they stated they could bring them the morning of checkout? The sofa bed was broken and my daughter slept uncomfortably with no blankets on the sofa. Water leaked onto floor when shower was used and the apartment was not well cleaned upon arrival. The washer was great, but the dampness. Of the old stone building did not allow for the clothes to dry in a timely way.
