Welcome to Sévrier!
Ideal for 6 people, this house consists of three separate bedrooms, a separate toilet, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen and a living room.
You will reach the lake in less than 3 minutes on foot: only 300 meters separate the house from the lake and beaches!
All bedrooms are located upstairs.
The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed 140x200cm and storage.
The second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed 140x200cm and storage.
The third bedroom is equipped with 2 single bunk beds 90x190cm as well as storage.
High-speed TV and Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine.
Linen will be provided free of charge for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment; camping prohibited in the garden.
Note: the chimney should not be used.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance, you can move without a car during your stay and leave your car in the courtyard.

Sévrier is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a mountain setting.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Lieu agréable
Même si certaines photos dates un peu (comme le lave-vaisselle ;-) ) nous avons passé un agréable semaine. Grace à la grande table nous avons pris tous nos petit déjeuner dehors.

Très bon séjour
Habitation atypique où nous avons pu nous reposer et profiter de la proximité du lac. Les chambre sont spacieuses.
Dommage qu’on entende beaucoup la circulation de la route principale assez proche.

Das Ferienhaus ist super schön und in einer tollen Lage. Trotz der Nähe zum Ort ist es sehr ruhig und abgegrenzt gelegen. Das Haus selbst war sauber und gemütlich, außerdem sehr gut ausgestattet.

Résidence de caractère rustique très calme et bien équipée à proximité du lac et d'Annecy.
Maison de caractère au mimieu des prés avec vue sur le lac. Chambres spacieuses. Equipement complet. Atmosphère très calme avec visite quotidienne d'un couple de faisans ! Séjour très agréable. Contacts courtois avec la propriétaire et service de conciergerie très attentionné. Séjour très agréable.

Très très bien conforme aux annonces.villa très propre entièrement rénovée récemment. l
l'endroit est calme et reposant à 200 mètres du lac, toutes les,les chambres très agréables,les literies de très bonne qualité et les commerces à proximité. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
