The area is a great place for outdoor activities, and although we visited in the summer, no doubt it would be an excellent winter holiday base. On arrival the member of staff was not very welcoming, I was handed the key fob, sign this form pay the tax, off you go. No information re breakfast where it was served plus times, as a result we ate out. Our room was as expected, very clean, quite small. The view was stunning, next to the window hung a curtain that covered the rest of the wall, on pulling it back I expected another window, no window ! not sure why the curtain was there. Shame the hotel didn’t acknowledge my partner’s birthday, a simple card would have been appreciated.
