Newly built and tastefully decorated, it has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. Its gas fireplace adds a warm and friendly atmosphere, while its large 800 m² enclosed landscaped garden is the perfect backdrop for admiring the mountain views. Ideally located, the property is also within easy reach of the main surrounding ski resorts: Le Semnoz (25 minutes), La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand (around 1 hour), perfect for winter breaks with family or friends.
