"Appartement bien, literie confortable, très bonne situation géographique et très bon rapport qualité prix.Peu mieux faire niveau propreté (aspirateurs pas vidé depuis un long moment certainementLogement du dessus très bruyant tôt le matin et des travaux dans la rue dès 8h30 le matin c’est dommage. Deux jours de pluie sur les 3 , nous n’étions pas au bon endroit au bon moment.Mais nous reviendrons Logement"

"This quiet, comfortable Annecy apartment is within reasonable walking distance of lake, old town, groceries, shopping, and restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped. Secure garage parking is available, but costs an additional 20 Euro per night. Also, the security deposit is made in cash, which we had not expected.The shower is adequate, although it drains slowly – just a head’s up! We were surprised by a puddle our first morning. Also, a small supply of dish washer and laundry detergent...

"We absolutely loved staying here. Marvellous location, charming apartment, lovely facilities, clean and welcoming environment. The air-conditioning was a bit noisy and it would have been nice to have somehere to hang clothes in each room.Other than that it was an extremely comfortable stay. Lovely bathroom, comfortable lounge and well-appointed kitchen area. Above a boulangerie. Bliss."

"This place is felt like being in a hotel, very clean and had all that one needs. Its location is great. We could walk to the lake in less than 15 mins. There is also a supermarkt nearby. The best treat is the pleasant and helpful host.. "
