Decorated and arranged in a contemporary style, it has an equipped kitchen; a dining area with table and chairs; a sofa in the living room with TV and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. In the bedroom: 1 double bed and a mezzanine offering 2 single beds (⚠️ little height under ceiling). You will feel comfortable during your stay: Flat screen TV, Wifi, Washing machine, Microwave, Refrigerator, Iron, Coffee machine, Kettle, etc... This makes it an ideal base to discover Annecy! ⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. As we anticipated, parking was quite difficult until we could better understand the location and pricing on nearby parking lots. This also made the remote check-in and unloading our luggage upon arrival quite difficult. The apartment, while small, is well appointed and was a great home base for us.
