Located in the heart of the old town, the "Venice of the Alps" this renovated apartment offers modern comfort in a building full of history.

With a surface area of 36 square meters, this furnished apartment is located on the 1st floor of a secure character building without elevator.
Decorated and arranged in a contemporary style, it has an equipped kitchen; a dining area with table and chairs; a sofa in the living room with TV and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
In the bedroom: 1 double bed and a mezzanine offering 2 single beds (⚠️ little height under ceiling).
You will feel comfortable during your stay: Flat screen TV, Wifi, Washing machine, Microwave, Refrigerator, Iron, Coffee machine, Kettle, etc...
This makes it an ideal base to discover Annecy!

The apartment is located on rue du Pont Morens, in the heart of the historic centre of Annecy, the Venice of the Alps! The neighborhood is very lively with its local and other products shops, restaurants or wine bar. The market is held 3 times a week and for the lucky ones, the last Saturday of the month is the flea market! Around the corner, the lake, the city center and the castle above us are just 5 minutes away.

Fabulous location

The apartment was in a great location in the center of everything Annecy. As we anticipated, parking was quite difficult until we could better understand the location and pricing on nearby parking lots. This also made the remote check-in and unloading our luggage upon arrival quite difficult. The apartment, while small, is well appointed and was a great home base for us. Pack earplugs, as you're in the middle of it all! Thanks for a great stay!
