If I had to warn about something, it'd be the lack of an elevator (old buildings in Annecy don't usually have them and this was on the first floor, but if you have any mobility issues you should talk to the owner). Negative points : - no direct contact with the owner, we would have loved to meet the owner. -really bad isolation for the noise, you can hear how loud the neighbors are. -many things were broken in the house when we arrived such as : clogged sink in the toilet, broken toilet seat, kitchen faucet broken. -some yellow spots found on bed sheets and duvet.
