Au cœur du centre historique d'Annecy, dans un immeuble ancien sécurisé, un appartement de caractère de 40m²  
Proche de toutes commodités, commerces, marchés et attractions de la ville et du lac.  
C'est un lieu de séjour idéal pour découvrir la ville d'Annecy et les nombreux intérêts alentour.  
  
De nombreux parking sont situés entre 150 et 300m.  
Tous les commerces nécessaires à votre séjour se trouvent au pas de la porte ainsi que les nombreuses attractions et sites à voir en ville et au bord du lac.  
  
Cet appartement est doté d'une chambre avec un lit double de 160 cm.  
La cuisine est toute équipée et le linge de maison est fourni pour votre séjour.  
  
L'appartement se situe au 3ème étage sans ascenseur.   
  
Le quartier du centre historique d'Annecy est le point préféré des voyageurs avec son charme, ses ruelles, ses jardins et ses zones piétonnes.  
Vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants, cafés et plages à proximité.  
  
Pour accéder à l'appartement :  
La gare est à 8mn à pieds de l'appartement.  
En voiture: 40min Genève aéroport - Annecy  
  
 🅿️ Le parking le plus proche est le parking de l'Hôtel de ville situé à 5 minutes à pieds du logement.   
 🧳 Pour garantir votre tranquillité d'esprit jusqu'au départ de votre train, nous vous conseillons vivement d'utiliser la consigne à bagages "Lockin" au 2 rue Jean Jaurès à Annecy pour laisser vos valises en toute sécurité.  
Les arrivées sont possibles tous les jours à partir de 16h jusqu'à 21h.  
Au delà de 21h, si une solution d'arrivée autonome ne peut pas être trouvée, un supplément de 20€ vous sera demandé.  
  
Si le logement est disponible plus tôt nous serons ravis de vous accueillir avant 16h. Ceci ne pourra vous être confirmé que le jour même.  
De la même manière le jour de votre départ, un départ tardif sera permis si le logement n'est pas repris le soir même.
