Decorated and furnished in a contemporary style, it has an equipped kitchen; a dining area with table and chairs; a bed and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. You can park in the Sainte-Claire car park (follow P4) or in the town hall car park (follow P3). Pier (lake) and cycle path 400 meters away, Train station 700 meters away. It is in an old building and all a bit of a mess. Pictures do not give you true perspective of the room. Bed is against the wall so you have to climb over each other to get in bed. We love Annecy but this room was a big disappointment. A lot of money for what it is, untidy, not particularly clean . If you are over 21 do not stay here. ##### David H.
