"Everything was perfect except room facing street was very noisy on Sunday night not sure if it was truck noise/delivery or garbage pick up people were talking out loud past 2 am . Even with earplugs was little uncomfortable. Room is clean but basic . Lobby is very cute and staff are happy and helpful. Fresh grapefruit flavoured water was refreshing on arrival. Breakfast was decent (boiled eggs + some fruits , bread n cheese , jam ) I would return but would ask for a room facing river not street "

"Great room! FYI we paid for the lake view, but discovered it's pretty much hidden by giant trees in the park between the hotel and lake. It didn't end up being a big issue as the view of the park and mountains was still lovely. Location was perfect. Gym was very, very small. "

"Excellent hotel. Nice spacious room, clean, good wifi and very close to everything like the lake, the old town. Plenty of restaurants around, great bakery at the corner. The staff at the reception are very friendly and ready to help. We enjoy our stay"

"We had a room with a view of the rooftops and a little strip. It was lovely. Separate bathroom from shower was nice. The staff were helpful and they served an excellent breakfast with specialty coffees. Took care of my dietary needs (gluten and dairy intolerant) It was close to everything. Surrounded by canals and close to the lake."

"Great location. Good room and kitchenette. Clean neat hotel. Be ready with google maps as the one way systems in Annecy makes driving to it interesting :-) We will def stay in the hotel again. "
