"The hotel was filthy. The elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs every time. We requested an extra pillow, they said they didn’t have one. The shower door was broken and wouldn’t close. The shower slide was broken so the shower head sat at waist height. We had to hand the key into the front desk whenever we left. Both mornings when we returned from breakfast they didn’t have it so we had to track down the maid to get into our room. Do not book this place."

"Ideally located within a short walk of the train station, the hotel is clean with comfortable beds and spacious bath rooms. Also <5 minute walk to old town sites and 10 minute walk to the lake. Good breakfast offering included. Staff courteous at checkin/check out and helpful with questions about the neighborhood. Highly recommend."
