We had a great stay at this hotel - our suite was a good size and had a lovely mountain view from the balcony. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and breakfast was good also.

Situated on a hill overlooking the mountains and Lake Geneva, the castle is a beautiful property. The restaurant options were limited, but the preparation and presentation were excellent. Our waiter was outstanding, but some of the wait staff were not as attentive as we would have expected for the quality of the property.

The property has amazing views and the standard of the service and friendliness from the staff is absolutely excellent. There is one on-site restaurant however be sure to make reservations in advance both for lunch and dinner if planning on eating there (the staff will also remind you of this). The recent addition of the pool is terrific and adds more amenities to the property, the pool is truly first class with tremendous views. The fitness area is small but well set out with air conditioning which is necessary in the summer. The rooms are very clean and well-appointed. We would like to see the hotel go more in the direction of offering service by the pool and having more informal dining options however, as having younger children being able to eat by the pool would be helpful from time to time and the nearest town is a ten minute drive away if you don’t plan your day correctly. Having easy drink service by the pool should also be introduced, but I appreciate it was very new at the time so still may be in development. Great place to stay and would highly recommend to both couples (ideal) or families looking for a quiet few days!

The hotel was nice. The location for quiet and fresh air was perfect. The staff was good. My major issue was the construction. Their site stated that the construction would begin at 9:30. While not ideal, this was acceptable to us. At 8:03am the diesel loaders were all started up, at 8:06 the back up alarms went offf on the dump truck. All things were beautiful up until that point when I was awaken that way. If they had been transparent and disclosed that the construction would start at 8:00 I would have simply booked elsewhere.

A beautiful restoration of a beautiful property with top-notch service and warm and inviting people who go out of the way to keep us comfortable. Despite its striking beauty as a historical property and its stunning surroundings with views of Mt Blanc and Lac Léman as well as full ranges of the Alps, it also has modern amenities that blend character with practicality. Château living

An unexpected one night stay due to a cancellation of a Geneva hotel and no availability elsewhere. Whilst it's not easy to get to from Geneva it was an absolute joy to stay here - stunning location, friendly staff, beautifully decorated. I plan to come back for a leisure stay on another occasion

This chateaux, hotel was a fairytale! Looked like a castle, interior was classic, 16 century feel. If you are a mountain bike fan, the hotel provides electric bikes for use and the biking trail around the hotel are breathtaking! Breakfast was really good. Everything was sooo good.

Lovely hotel in the middle of nowhere

And being in the middle of nowhere was kind of the point, in going there. We really loved the hotel and it’s staff. Breakfast was delicious, the only problem was that the restaurant was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, we would loved to have the dinner on the premises. Our room had STUNNING view over the mointains.

This is an amazingly beautiful hotel, both inside and out. The staff is very friendly, but maybe only half speak English. The rooms are beautiful as well, and each one has a different theme, each room has a theme name and no room number. The rooms are nicely updated, except the wooden floors squeak.

Beautiful Chateau

Very nice Chateau with modern and clean rooms. Walking between the main castle and the house with hotel rooms is a bit inconvenient but ok. The restaurant for dinner was busy and perhaps under-staffed. We experienced quite a wait to order and I had to ask literally 5-times to get a bottle of water. The food was good and the waiters were generally nice.

If we could give 100 stars we would. This chateau, the staff, dining and amenities are all hidden gems in the countryside outside of Annecy. From the time of check in to the check out, everyone was helpful and pleasant. The staff at the restaurant were fantastic and offered great recommendations. If you are questioning whether or not to book; do it and do not hesitate. You will surely regret if you don’t stay and one night is most definitely not long enough.
