It is situated in one of the most popular neighbourhoods and is literally a 3-10 minute bike ride away from any other neighbourhood inside the city ring. The apartment includes many commodities \-various kitchen tools (oven, blender, microwave, freezer, dishwasher) \-bread baking machine (let me know what type you'd like!) \-yoga mats and meditation pillow + bench \-washing machine + iron \-air purifier \-bathtub \-sport tools that comprise a small private gym \-ambilights \-great sound system I am a young writer who just published his début. In order to write I leave the vibrant centre and look for quiet places out of town. Though, of course, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and vacated as much as possible for visitors. traces remain, for example in the sight of a hundred great books. At the back of the house, there is a 20 m2 garden which is a great place to have dinner on clear evenings or to do some exercises/contemplation.
