"Really lively hotel, modern clean rooms, staff were really helpful and attentive and the location is great with a 5 minute walk to the Shambles with loads of restaurants and cafes on the way"

"A nice hotel in a great position. The room facilities were ok, not as good as I would have hoped for in a hotel of this quality. Poor selection of toiletries and the lighting in the room was odd. Breakfast and bar service was very good though I’m not sure why the mocktails are not included in the happy hour pricing! "

"Check in was very smooth. Great location at a walkable distance to Clifford's Tower and The Shambles. Also close to multiple bus stops if you are traveling further. The room was very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping came by every day to refresh the room. They also held our luggage for us the day that we checked out so that we could go explore the city without lugging around our things. "
