Great location, not the best amenities

Location is right in the heart of Camden which was nice but upon arrival home we realized there was only one large bath towel supplied, toilet seats were not attached, smoke alarm went off with shower steam, no other blankets in home - only 2 comforters on beds and nothing else if cold, the beds were really cheap and you felt the springs in your back instantly... Beds must have been 5 inches thick. Also, never heard back from rental manager once I asked for another bath towel. Overall the place was nice looking but needs some love in the amenities department.
