"What a gem of a hotel for us to stay in. The staff was very attentive to our requests. The free shuttles to the Almalfi city center where you can take the buses or ferries was a plus. The breakfast was delicious and staff was always available to accommodate any requests you might have. The rooms and views from the property are remarkable. A five star hotel for a reason. "

The walk up was a little challenging with our bags in tow. Visited Positano and while it is lovely, we much preferred Amalfi - restaurants were cheaper and it was less crowded. Bus transportation between towns is an adventure- recommend using the ferries."

"This is a hotel a little ways outside of Amalfi, but it is amazing - the view, the staff and shuttle are all amazing, we could easily just hang there looking at the beautiful and dramatic shore and water! You can walk up the hill to a couple of great restaurants, and also go on shuttle to Amalfi and grab a boat to places like Capri, Positano, Salerno, etc I loved the location, breakfast is really good, and a beautiful bar and restaurant!"

The woman in the front who helps with bookings secured a last minute reservation at a rooftop directly in front of the duomo. Stunning views and meal. "We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was excellent with amazing views of the ocean and Atrani. Its location is great for getting to Amalfi and is quiet so you can get a good nights sleep away from the busy centre of Amalfi. The team at Palazzo Ferraioli are fantastic and so helpful and warm. The breakfast was very good as was the coffee and service. Some people have posted negative reviews for accessibility which I can understand but everything is documented in the listing. The hotel is located within a medieval city so lots of steps to climb! We would definitely stay again as 1 week is not enough to explore all that Campania has to offer. Thanks again for an unforgettable week."
