"Ideally located at the upper end of the shopping/dining part of Positano. The staff were delightful-we were treated like family. Dining was a delight with a great view friendly/intimate staff and consistently superb food. Couldn’t recommend it more strongly."

Lovely property and the team were so helpful during our stay , some of the best service we have had as well as them bookings us in at one the few restaurant that was open. The breakfast is varied and amazing, we had an early checkout and even supplied the breakfast early for my partner who is pregnant to ensure she had something to eat. The view was beautiful from the room and will definitely stay here again for sure!

The Hotel Margherita was recommended to us by a friend who visited last year and I am delighted to say that we found that his glowing report was not an exaggeration.
On arrival the friendly staff came out, took the luggage up to the room and parked the car in the garage. We had booked a room with a sea view and on reaching our room we were greeted with a delightful panoramic view of the coast and the surrounding headland. Our air conditioned room was tastefully decorated, and with the full...

This bed and breakfast was very comfy and close to the shops, restuarants and the beach. There were only 3 rooms which were in the owners house and the owners were very friendly and helpful. We were lucky to find out all the local knowledge from them.

We had a wonderful stay at Alcione. We were in room no 2 (double with sea view). Room was spotless and spacious. The best part was the terrace as that were we spent out time in the room. It was big with a table, 2 chairs and 2 sun lounges. Everyone was nice and helpful and made our stay unforgettable. Thank you very much. I would 100% recommend to stay in Alcione.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Gabriella. The villa is beautiful, clean, and looks exactly like the photos. The highlight was the outdoor bath with stunning sea views. Location is perfect—just 5 min walk down the steps to the beach and shops, and only a minute uphill to more restaurants. Diana is a fantastic host, very friendly and always ready to help—she even arranged taxis and shared local info. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Positano.

A gorgeous setting with stunning views from the breakfast terrace. Spotlessly clean accommodation and a good continental breakfast. Our only slight gripe was the shower, we had problems regulating the water temperature. Only a ten minute walk to the centre where there are a few nice restaurants. We ate at Leonardos and the Grand hotel where we sat outside on the terrace with the most stunning view of the sea. The only way back to the property is to walk as there are no taxi’s so be prepared for...

We stayed at the hotel for one night to facilitate a short visit to Positano as part of a longer stay near Paestum further South. We received a lovely welcome from the reception staff which felt friendly and personal Our car was swiftly whisked away for parking at a nearby site and we were shown to two beautiful rooms with gorgeous terraces overlooking the bay. From the moment we were met by Gippy, the owner of Venus Inn, when we arrived in Positano by bus, he was a fantastic host, giving us lots of useful tips about the town and day trips along the Amalfi Coast and to the islands. The centre of Positano is an easy, downhill 20-minute walk from the B&B by road, and even quicker by stairs. Great views at breakfast from the terrace down to the sea and up to the nearby peaks. Only a couple of minutes' walk from some decent restaurants if you don't fancy...

We stayed here for one night to see Amalfi and Ravello. Perfect location in the centre of Amalfi (close to the port and also the main street) and Christian told us everything we needed to know. Beautiful room too. Ravello is easily accessible by bus from the Port.

Room 24. Nice view from balcony. Nice family run business with cute family looking after us. Spacious, clean and everything there. Right location for us personally as not in the middle of it all but still easy access to everything. The area is in general overpriced and you need to be prepared to pay more in little shops and at restaurants than in Naples or Sorrento for example.

The hotel was in a fantastic location right on the waterside with it's own jetty for sunbathing on and steps into the water for a swim. A rooftop terrace also. The room was very spacious with a fantastic view over the marina although we had a large terrace (room 352) which seemed to be the only one with chairs and table. The shower was amazing with multi-functions including side jets and whirlpool bath. The breakfast is plentiful with lots of choice.
The only area thing that could be improved...
