It’s a great location only few minutes to the beach and very nice staff . We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Carlo and Daniela. They were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Beautiful hotel!! All of the staff were so amazing and friendly and the rooms were ckean. It would have been nice to have another mirror in the big room we had especially since there were three of us sharing the bathroom. Breakfast was yummy and the area around the hotel is quiet and close to the beach. Be prepared for the stairs!

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff were incredible (shout out to Carlo for being an absolute gentleman and a very strong one at that for helping us with our luggage on all the stairs!). But the staff at the front desk were also so lovely. Our room was BEAUTIFUL. The big tub and bathroom were spotless. The view was incredible. The bed was also larger than most hotels in Italy and quite comfortable. The breakfast was also great and though we didn't have time to use the spa, it looked amazing. Also very walkable to Amalfi centre.

The Staff at Piazza Ferraioli was terrific!! Sonia at reception was so helpful and very kind!! Carlo was extremely helpful. Antoinette could not do enough for you!! Remembered the coffee I drink!! The overnight person Antonio was kind and helpful. The staff all over was over and above to make sure you were taken care of. I would highly recommend a stay there despite the steps!!!

This hotel is worth it for the views alone. The rooftop patio was a wonderful spot to sit and stare out at the sea, the mountains, and the city below. It is a very short walk from the hotel to Amalfi and on its street sits the most amazing Michelin star restaurant. The staff were kind and helpful. It is also steps away from a beach club and private beach. Overall, the experience was extremely enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Ferraioli in Atrani, Italy! The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and full of Italian charm. The location is perfect for exploring the Amalfi Coast, and Atrani is such a lovely and peaceful little town. Our room was comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend Palazzo Ferraioli to anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast. We would love to come back again! 🇮🇹

Be ready to climb stairs!! If you have luggage bigger than carryon size it’ll be a work out for you! Especially if you take the bus to get there. The bus drops you off on the street above (you’ll understand once you get there), you’ll have to take some narrow stairs down, then climb stairs up to get to the hotel. Carlo was very helpful with carrying some luggage up there. Other than that it was a great stay with beautiful views!!

Terrific view, clean and well-maintained rooms, helpful staff - everything was as you'd hope for in a hotel. Perhaps the most notable perk was the strong AC in the room - we stayed during a heat wave and that AC was a game-changer! Also, if your wife packs too much stuff for vacations like mine, make sure to tip Carlo well for carrying your luggage up all those stairs. It was such a hot day when we arrived and we were happy to have his help getting up to the hotel from street level. It was also great having breakfast on site ready for us daily - always got the day off to a good start. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved the location as it was close to the centre of everything. Atrani itself a a quaint old town and i loved exploring it. The room has an amazing view and the breakfasts were great - refreshing, healthy and a great selection for all. The wifi worked really well and I loved the jacuzzi in my bathroom - it was great to relax after long days exploring the coast!

The overall stay was nice. There are a few things that make me give it a 3 star review vs a 5 star. The staff was sooo helpful and VERY responsive. Carlo carried my bags All the way up/down 162 stairs to my room! The view from our room was also gorgeous! Atrani is gorgeous and VERY convenient area to visit Amalfi = 5 stars The mattress felt like a concrete pad. There were 162 stairs one way to our room. There was no sitting room on the balcony and the free breakfast was always empty when we came = 3 stars

During my four-night stay, housekeeping repeatedly ignored the Do Not Disturb sign on my door, which was frustrating and showed a lack of respect for guest privacy. The safe in my room did not work, and even after asking the front desk for help twice, it was never resolved. I also requested an iron and ironing board. I had to go downstairs myself to get the iron, and despite requesting the ironing board, I did not receive one until the third day. The bed is also EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. I left with a stiff neck and backaches! On the second night, an alarm went off for approximately 45 minutes between the hours of 2:00-3:00 AM with no communication or explanation from the front desk. There was also no acknowledgment or service recovery afterward the next morning! The positives were the daily breakfast, the ladies who made the coffee and the bellmen, who was extremely helpful carrying our luggage up the roughly 80 steps to the hotel. As well as the view from my room. The location in Atrani is convenient for Amalfi, but the repeated service issues outweighed the positives. It feels as though the hotel benefits from having very little competition in Atrani rather than providing a level of service that would make guests want to return. I would not stay here again nor recommend staying here.

Overall a great stay for eight nights. Comfortable, clean room and bathroom. Decent breakfast. Nice rooftop restaurant. Clean spa facilities. Fantastic location for the village square, Atrani beach and walking to Amalfi. However, the spa is not included in the booking, and you only find this out after booking in the confirmation email. This should be communicated more clearly BEFORE payment. Also, the air conditioning needs fixing, as it randomly turned off several times during our stay. Once, during the night, it switched from cooling to heating, and we woke up extremely uncomfortable and sweaty. The night shift manager wasn't able to fix this, and we had to wait until morning. Other than those two points, it was a lovely stay, and I would recommend the hotel as a base for exploring the Amalfi coast.

This was a wonderful surprise! Atrani is a hidden gem- close enough to Amalfi to easily visit, but quiet compared to other tourist areas. The room was immaculate. Very comfortable, new, modern, and clean. The views of the sea and the town below were breathtaking. The rooftop terrace was the perfect place to have a Spritz Limon and relax. The hotel staff were beyond welcoming. Warm and friendly and very helpful with planning activities or tours. They even arranged a transfer (private car) from Napoli which made arrival a breeze. Do be sure to follow the arrival instructions and make sure you are dropped off at the beach level- not the road level. First time walking up to the hotel can be tricky but once you’ve done it it’s easy. Also- the hotel staff speaks enough English to accommodate Americans, but learning a bit of Italian will go a long way for you. All in all- 9.6/10. Would stay again… will recommend! Atrani is my new #1 spot on the coast!
