"In poor state. Dirty toilet with skid marks and one towel used when we first arrived. Tiny double bed with only one duvet and one sheet, which they had arranged horizontally as it was for two people. Did not work in practice, especially since it was no heat and therefore very cold at night. The radiator did not work and could not be adjusted. Also, the shower had low pressure and there were no fridge. Only good thing is location if you are going to Old Trafford and MAN airport. "

"Stayed here after seeing Fontaines DC in Wythenshawe park, we walked back (which turned out to be much quicker than queueing for a taxi or public transport after the gig!) the area it is situated in was a very quiet residential area and felt safe. The hotel itself was super clean, spacious and comfortable and the staff were really pleasant and helpful both when we arrived and at breakfast the following morning, which was also really good. Would really recommend staying here especially when attending events nearby like we did."
