"The hotel is lovely with a surprisingly good breakfast and meal options, but the real gem are the people who work there, several of whom went out of their way to help me when I locked myself out of my room, broke my phone charger, or needed to print my presentation. They are truly wonderful people who made what would have been a lovely stay into a truly remarkable one. "

We added breakfast to our stay, which was also really very good. Very polite and super-friendly service in the adjoining bar/cafe. However this comes at a price, it’s very noisy. It’s an old building and the windows do not keep the noise out. Take some ear plugs and it’s all good!"

"Perfect position in central newcastle. Hotel reception was very friendly and professional, even supplying earplugs on request. Parking was free on site and secure. All aspects of hotel clean and tidy, lots of eating and drinking options on site. Breakfast in bedroom was great. Would definitely stay again.. "
