A Beautiful detached home set in a rural village, Wylam. Woodvale Gardens makes a perfect stay for families and friends looking for somewhere to switch off and relax. As you enter the village you will pass The Ship Inn, one of the many pubs and eateries in Wylam. Newcastle town centre only 20 minutes drive or short train journey.
This newly renovated home accommodates up to 6 people over 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms. Along with a private garden and driveway.
There is a large open plan living room and dining room. A smart TV with NETFLIX and 6 seat dining table is provided.
The large kitchen has been equipped with all the essentials.
Upstairs there are three good sized bedrooms, one with a king size bed, one with a double bed, toilet and sink and the third bedroom with two small single beds.
A large shared family bathroom with a toilet, separate bath and shower facilities.
The garden has a 6 seat furniture set and can be accessed by the kitchen.
Woodvale Gardens features a private driveway with enough space for 2 cars. Plenty of on street parking for additional vehicles.

Wylam has some fantastic pubs and places to eat in the village. The furthest pub being only a 5 minute walk!
