Nice clean rooms with comfy beds! We ate lunch, dinner and breakfast at the hotel and the food is lovely. The Italian restaurant is as good as any Italian I’ve eaten at! Staff friendly and welcoming- we would definitely stay there again! Thanks Holiday Inn!😁

As ever an excellent hotel

Our stay at Walworth Castle Hotel was truly memorable, not just because of the stunning setting, but thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Adrian, part of the breakfast team at the 1189 Kitchen & Bar, was friendly, attentive, and made sure we started each morning with a smile. hotel is in the perfect location. right in the middle of town! staff are lovely room was gorgeous and breakfast was tasty!...the car park is tiny but we parked our the to front and the hotel provided us with a permit. overall a lovely stay in a lovely town !

What a find. Super rural location, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were spotless with loads of little special extras. The breakfast and the bistro style food was superb. We had a brilliant stay here and we would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends.

It is close to motorway and easy to drive around. Staff is friendly. Food in the restaurant is of high standard. The room is clean and spacious.

I visited Willance House with my partner a few years ago, and said we'd definitely go back if we needed to stay in the area again. As before, Colin and Sandra go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and that you have everything you need. They are a fountain of knowledge of the local area and it is such a special place to stay. There are lots of little touches that make this place stand out - for example fresh milk for your room every day, little books to read by the window seat, a...

Great location as we were attending an event at the rugby club over the road. We booked room only, which was very good overlooking the main entrance, as were the staff. Only downside was the noisy disco from a function room below us, although it finished at 12.30am.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful on arrival. The room was comfortable, clean and we slept very well. The spa was nice to relax in and worth paying the extra £20 per person for as you could use it all day. Breakfast was freshly cooked and they had gluten free toast ands croissants and the restaurant food was delicious with a good choice of gluten free options.

Such a shame this fabulous hotel is not advertised on more websites like Expedia because they must be missing out on a great number of bookings. The accommodation is excellent and comfortable with everything you could want or need. The breakfast is also excellent, well cooked with high quality locally sourced produce. The staff are friendly and a joy to talk to. This is a lovely hotel and we would not hesitate to visit in the future. Highly recommended.

Had a really lovely night's stay. The bed was really comfy, the room was clean and well equipped, the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good pub food with massive portions and very reasonable. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is peaceful and in a lovely setting right opposite a beautiful old church.

We had a lovely time in visiting Richmond and staying at this hotel cannot fault, would definitely recommend.
