Lovely overnight stay. Room was spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. Meal in stylish bar was delicious and great value for money paid. All staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Renovations were on going but this did not detract from our visit. Right in the centre of Glasgow close to rhe railway station. Discounted car parking close by. Great location for a short break, we will return.

A short but very pleasant stay at the hotel. As I was visiting relatives I didn't use all the hotel facilities but the room was large, quiet and comfortable, albeit a bit dark. Breakfast was excellent as I expected.

The staff at this hotel could not have been more welcoming, starting with reception, to house keeping, to the staff at the spa/pool and lastly but not least the restaurant staff. A lovely hotel. For us, the fitness facilities was the best part of the hotel: a gym plus a decent sized pool. We didn't have the chance to try any spa treatments so cannot comment on those.
Our room was very good size. More than enough space for the two of us.
Finishing touch was the mince pies at reception. They were delicious!
One suggestion for improvement: better coffee in the room please!
