"Very enjoyable stay with my 2 cats as we was visiting The Supreme cat show in Liverpool the following day. The room was pretty warm and could do with Air con. But all in all a comfortable stay."

"Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel is located in a perfect spot. Easy to get to most sites. The room was a good size however the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was very hard and it probably should be replaced soon. Parking was very easy and affordable for a city, the hotel offers a discount if you use the parking lot they recommend. They put water in the room for you each day, which was a very nice touch. "

"Tv remote did not work. Breakfast supplies not replenished for quite a time after a large group consumed most of them. Room service failed to make up bed or replace used coffee cups. Who knows what else they failed to clean. Room generally felt tired."

"We didn’t eat or drink here because we were going out the night we were staying. The gym however was really well equipped and included with your stay, the swimming pool however was not included in your stay and you had to pay another £45.00 each to be able to use it, as it is part of their spa. This we didn’t find out with the original booking, only a few days before when we got a welcome email, which was a slight disappointment as mostly included with your stay. Otherwise lovely hotel and the restaurant looked busy so presume food good."
