My husband and I recently stayed at “Marks @ The Manor” it is an exceptional place to stay. From the beautifully appointed living area to the fully equipped luxury kitchen, to the extra comfy bed and a warm welcoming bathroom we had a very enjoyable relaxing stay. The welcome food hamper was totally unexpected and greatly appreciated. Marks @ The Manor has spoilt me for any other place I might stay.

A first class, really different B&B. Lovely old building filled with amazing furniture and a lovely collection of quirky items, both inside and outside the house. Beautiful spread of continental breakfast items, plus a hard to beat cooked Scottish breakfast, the plates full of good quality local produce. Attended an event at the hotel and then stayed the night. Room was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice in the bar and not silly prices. Breakfast was excellent, as were the views.

Lovely place to stay. Very central for shopping, train & bus station. Staff were really good, friendly & pleasant. Unfortunately house keeping weren’t on the ball. Dishes left in the dishwasher from previous occupants, black mark in the wall & a torn bath towel in the shower room. This isn’t a cheap budget hotel, I expected a lot better.

We had a room on the lower floor with doors out to a patio and table and chairs. Room was excellent. Large spacious bathroom with large shower and separate deep bath. Room was spotless and could not fault anything.

Always good staying here. Towels, shampoo and soap all provided. Excellent restaurant on ground floor. Well stocked bar. Staff generally leave you be, but always plenty around. You'll do well staying here.

Good food friendly staff we had a good time.

These apartments are very clean and have all the equipment needed to cook efficiently. We stayed for a month during a house move and explored the area which has so much to offer. Nearby Portlethen has all the shopping facilities you could need and we would thoroughly recommend a visit to Sally's cafe.

Lovely hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff. The hotel was very quiet whilst I was there but I believe that was due to some guests isolating on upper floors. The food menu was very limited with not much choice and there was no where else nearby to eat. However that said the food that was available was very good.
