"Great reception staff checking us in was friendly and very swiftly completed. Housekeeping every day and room left immaculate on return Superb buffet breakfast with a huge choice. Our second stay at this venue and it will not be our last Fantastic location for exploring Stratford-upon-Avon and all it has to offer and all within walking distance"

"Incredibly clean room, very helpful and knowledgable staff. Room was better than expected with key amenities. Staff agreed to a slight extension to check out too without any trouble. Would have preferred two bottled natural mineral spring water instead of the distilled water. There was no hand towel in the bathroom and could enhance the amenities with slippers and a robe but otherwise great hotel."

"Had low expectations based on other reviews but was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are recently refurbished, so were Immaculately clean. Plenty of free parking, able to check in 30 mins early. Powerful shower, good tea & coffee in the room, poetry of towels. We stayed in a double double which was perfect for a family of 4. Fantastic value for money."

"Fantastic hotel. Reception area were like being abroad and has a lovely smell. Nice room clean comfortable. Breakfast was great lots of choice and good quality. Had drinks outside both nights such a lovely setting Would stay again. Very close to town centre"

"This was our third stay at the hotel and it was fantastic thank you. The staff were super helpful and kindly sent more pillows to my room when requested, even beating us back to the room whilst we went for food so it was nice not to worry. The only improvement would be the breakfast and dinner package because we were unaware that it was a fixed separate menu rather than the main one. Maybe this is mentioned somewhere but it was something I’m sure I checked and I had got excited for fish and chips, only for this to not be on the fixed menu. Only a minor thing of course and maybe my stomach talking but we would have known to avoid the dinner package had I have seen this."
