    The residence is extremely well appointed and equipped with high class swimming pool and spa. Our apartments was very comfortable, with perfect decoration, appliances and services. Everything about our apartment was 100% perfect, I can only say that there was a wall in the kitchen area that clearly already needed repainting (even though the residence is 1 year old only), as there were big stains that made it look poorly maintained. Also, in one bedroom it was cold, and in the other bedroom , it was way too hot, and despite the very quick technician intervention, our kids had to sleep with the window open (in full winter) as it was still way too hot. Anyway, this residence is absolutely beautiful, modern, with a very cosy feel, and perfectly located tin the village, close to all amenities, and to a free bus as well to reach the ski left. They also offer a personal lift service to the ski lift. There is also a restaurant attached to it, that is really great for families, offering a good and fresh cuisine at a reasonable price. Check in was a breeze. It could be improved though, offering some beverages and quality light snacks upon arrival for example, this is done in so many places nowadays. It was our second time in this residence and We will definitely come back !…

    We had an excellent stay of 1 week. The residence has great facilities and very friendly and efficient staff. The only improvements I would have liked are: 1. A change of towels mid-week 2. Better quality and a range of bed pillows (the ones we had were thin and lumpy). The Samoens area is excellent. With a wide range of things to do for a family and a great village centre. …
