What a beautiful hotel! Also very centrally located. The suite we stayed in was very clean, modern and spacious. Bathroom was amazing, with separate bath and shower. There was loads of storage space so you could keep everywhere looking tidy. They had the best hotel hairdryer I ever tried! Even had a kitchen area with fridge. Clean, spacious , good value and in a great location for sightseeing - we walked everywhere Joanna on front desk was particularly helpful and sorted our transfer and booked a great restaurant called lokal for our first night. We also asked them to put water and milk in our fridge. The cafe downstairs is nice but we preferred local cafe fleury for breakfast. We will return for sure

The location is truly amazing being right next door to the Brandenburg gate. We had heard that this was a superb hotel to stay in and it was.

Staff could not do enough, consistently good. Hotel is connected to a multitude of public transport options, all within 2 minutes walk of the hotel. Do try and get the breakfast rate as it is excellent value, the range of options was enormous even a glass of bubbly with your breakfast. Hotel highly recommended for s luxury break.

Very clean and professional with great facilities, the executive lounge is amazing with complimentary drinks including beer, wine soft drinks and snacks, well worth booking

We stayed in a Management Suite which was perfect in every way. It was spacious, well equipped and it felt like having our own apartment. Step outside onto a bustling Friedrichstrasse, a short walk takes you to the beautiful Gendarmenmarkt and many other major attractions. Stadmitte U Bahn is right outside waiting to take you to anywhere in this fabulous city. The complex is very secure. Great hotel with super friendly and helpful staff

Wonderful stay with ever so helpful staff (Santana). Clean rooms and hotel, very modern and comfy beds. Great location, walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants.

Excellently situated for seeing all the sites of Berlin and close to trains and bus stops so you can easily go westwards towards the Grunweld to explore further. The Suite Room is comfortable and we were able to easily relax as a family. The kids loved the swimming pool. Friendly and welcoming staff who are happy to answer your questions.
