"On check in the staff were very helpful and friendly. Going to the room was easy and exceedingly clean and friendly staff when seen were exceedingly nice. Room was very clean and exceedingly quiet. Breakfast was amazing good staff attended to any needs or requests needed. Bars, cocktails and food in an evening were faultless ... a brilliant stay would recommend without reserve and I will definitely stay again.. Big Thank you "

"Property was clean and tidy. Staff were all friendly. Only 2 minor things to point out. 1 bedside lamp in the room was covered in strange brown stains. And the shower could use an extra grab rail as for those with slight mobility issues could slip on the wet floor as the nearest rail is more than arms reach when stepping out of the shower. Breakfast was lovely, and much better than other local hotel alternatives. Would stay again. "

"Lovely overnight stay in a clean and stylish room with a comfortable firm bed. Was able to sleep well despite being right near a busy main road, good soundproofing. Breakfast was a delicious and extensive buffet style with a nice range of options. The whole atmosphere was calm and trendy, with a convenient location for our stay. There were a few little odd issues like some lift buttons being damaged and TV being a bit temperamental. Could do with a little TLC in that respect but it didn't stop...

"Rooms are comfy, beds are big enough for a good nights sleep. The furniture is a little dated although they are going through an upgrade. Service in bar area was slow, there was only 1 working running 2 areas it was ok when quiet but when people started coming in it could have been up to twenty minutes waiting for a drink. Food was ok if needed a quick bite. Staff friendly and happy to help, if I was in area again I would consider staying again "
