"The staff on reception were very helpful and knowing there were there at all hours me and my daughter stayed 2 nights but the first night was very noisy as were on the front of the hotel, we mentioned it and they moved us to the back of hotel, for last eve, would stay again definitely 😁"

"Good location for the Wharfside and city centre. With a 20 minute walk to Chinatown and Gay Village. Breakfast is included and was nice. They had a pancake making machine which was nice to use."

"Stayed here for a weekend with the family, I have to say it was one of the BEST hotels I’ve stayed in. Very modern. The room was very clean and fresh . Around the hotel was lovely and clean and well kept . The receptionist Jordan went above and beyond for us and the children, was polite and helpful and told us fun things we could do with the children. The breakfast in the mornings was DELICIOUS! With such a wide variety you can’t go wrong ! The bar and staff was very friendly. Made me a delicious passion fruit mojito and then made me a child friendly one for my son so he wasn’t left out . Thank you for making my stay with my family so lovely ! X "

"The most lovely hotel nice and friendly staff really comfy rooms . The parking was a bit of a incase we chose as it said it has parking but the parking is walk away about ten mins and because we arrived after nine it wasn’t that pleasant walk from the car park . We could have dropped our bags first but other than that it was perfect "
