Lots of light clean and bright beds comfortable roomy and well stocked bathroom staff courteous and helpful. Room hot and stuffy on arrival but easy to moderate temperature and airiness

So conveniently close to the airport. Front desk staff were very efficient and friendly.

modern, clean hotel convenient to brighton and the railway station. Friendly, helpful staff. However, experienced low-level noise throughout (air-con - even when switched off - plus floors creaking and other room doors shutting).

Some aging now showing. Lift buttons broken/damaged.

Better facilities than Ritz. At a cost that is insanely low. I just wish there were better signage.

Good location in Croydon. Good breakfast. Spacious rooms. Old furniture. Only one Lift working out of a possible three (3). Since my previous stay at the hotel six weeks earlier, the dis-functioning Lifts have not yet been repaired.

Comfortable, well maintained and with some character in a modern building. The breakfast let the stay down, boring, limited choice and not even providing what the breakfast menu showed. On a six day stay it was difficult determining what to eat for variety.
