"My first room was not so nice. Smelt of damp and had a really dreary view. Location perfect, I should’ve been given a nicer room at no extra cost but had to pay £25 to upgrade C’est La Vie. Some staff were lovely and some didn’t seem to quite be as caring. The lift smelt of urine that needs to be addressed. "

The lamp in the room was visibly/obviously broken. The curtains were soiled. Cards left in the room to communicate information were bent or wrinkled. It was disappointing. "
