"I ordered room service which took 45 mins . The hot soup i ordered was cold! I requested coke zero , unfortunately regular coke sent. I had to wait again for it. So room service was horrible!"

Overall, excellent! The food in the restaurant / bar was exquisite and fairly priced although they could do with updating their allergens list as it was a little vague in places."

"We stayed two nights ahead of the Brighton Marathon. The room was clean, the bed comfy and the included breakfast was good. Also, it was great that we could have our dog in the room. I was disappointed that the room didn't have a mini fridge, as we had brought some special pre-marathon food which spoiled because it needed to be kept refrigerated. I was also disappointed that we had to pay another £54 for two days' parking at the hotel, on top of the £700+ we'd already paid for bed & breakfast."
