Please mind that this was off season so they were probably operating under capacity and were able to give us these options. Food was a little pricey but tasted good. Great staff and pool amenities. "We rented the Alpine Manor Retreat for my daughter’s ski birthday weekend. This place is great. Great location. Easy to get to Alpine, Pallisades, Tahoe City or Truckee. Clean. We always like that when we walk in. Responsive communication system. Door code didn’t work at first, but was fixed in less than 5 minutes. "

The only inconveniences we experienced were trouble with the garage door which we had to manually open and close due to the the motor not working. The kitchen fan did not turn in at all not did the light and in the downstairs bathroom the toilet was loose and I found old used bandaids by the shower window. "
