"I love the old futures off this hotel, spacious room and bathroom. Unfortunately was disappointed with no hot water on the evening and had shower with cold water , it was late so didn’t call receptionist. Contacted them in a he morning I was told someone will call me back but no one did. We did had hot water in the morning and managed to have a nice shower before we left . The bath was draining water very slowly as well. "

"We had a great several day stay at the Crowne Plaza! Its location is close to great shopping, restaurants, and the train station. The hotel was lovely, staff was pleasant and helpful. Well stay there again on our next visit to Leeds!"
