"Firstly, the staff were great. Otherwise, this hotel desperately needs some investment. It wasn't cheap staying here for one night and what we got was a noisy room stuck in the 90s, The property smelled like an old folk's home. Stains on the carpets both in the room and common areas and furnishings were worn out. It just wasn't the best stay. Nice breakfast though, and plenty of parking."

"The hotel had everything you need for a stay in Leeds, carpark is close and has plenty of spaces. Breakfast was good and served until 12 noon at the weekends, staff were very helpful and friendly."
