"I've stayed here before in the Garden Cottage and it's a cute and charming place to stay. It's nice that there's a kitchen with the basic necessities and a lovely screened front porch to sit and relax. It's a great location close to downtown restaurants and shops. I would happily stay here again."

"This property was not available after booking. I was told that the property had sold. I sensed a scam, as another reviewer mentioned the need to secure a room at a hotel at the last minute. The owner offered me another property verbally, but said it rents for higher. It was his own personal house. He said I should cancel the first booking. I was unable to cancel as I had booked a bundle deal."

"The location was is a very bad part of town. The smell of cat urine and mold were beyond bearable. Horrible stay. Never will stay here again. "
