"the staff was very nice and friendly and the place was very clean and neat. Our problem was with the door lock. It was very old and the internal battery was down and needed to be replaced before we could get into our room. the other problem was with the mattress which was very cheap and really old and uncomfortable. The pillows were so old they would not even stay puffed up but went flat immediately. I have always liked staying at Sheraton and thought of them as being a higher end hotel, so I was really surprised to see such shoddy bedding and mattress. the other thing is a fee for parking overnight which is ridiculous after paying the room rate. It should be included or told to the customer up front."
