"Everything was great the bed was comfortable in the living area was cool. The water was hot and had a lot of pressure in the shower was nice. They even had some breakfast food put out for us at 4:30 for the shuttle even though breakfast wasn't supposed to start till 6:00 the only issue I had and it was a big one was that I could barely sleep because the people across the hall from us we're going in and out of their door all night long letting it slam their kid was running all over the hotel by himself like 5 years old I know y'all saw that why didn't you do something."

"We stayed here both before our cruise and after our cruise. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The free breakfast is very convenient. Walmart was a fast 5 minute Uber ride away. Lots of great food delivery options for lunch and dinner if you want to stay in. One downfall was on our return trip, the elevators were down due to a lightning storm (to no fault of their own.) We had 3 rooms and they accommodated my mother-in-laws disability and made sure she was on the first floor. Our other two rooms were on the 3rd and 4th floor. We did have to lug our luggage up and down the stairs but again this was to no fault of the hotel. I would rather walk the stairs than be stuck in an elevator because of a storm. "
