I guess it's still nice
"A bit different owing to being an 'essentials' service only during times of plague. Room service offering is a bit pricey for what it is, and the decision only to offer soft drinks seems a bit mean-spirited. It would be nice if they could keep the door open so people can come in and out having done ..."

"For our 1st Anniversary we paid £356 for a corner exec suite. Disappointed to find no minibar as advertised. Decaf pods for the coffee machine and a suite with worn decor."
