"Room was very clean and tidy. More than enough space for the two of us. Tea and coffee making machine in the room, as well as a mini fridge, which was unexpected, but very welcome. A variety of breakfast items are available as well as an option for full english. Hosts Richard and Karen were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again, and would thouroughly recommend staying at The Clarence."

"Everything was great with our visit! The lodge was easy to locate, immaculate, and the staff at the check in desk were fantastic. Would definitely stay here again! The private sauna in the lodge was brilliant too! Couldn't fault the visit at all"

"We had great views, it was an ideal location and it was clean and tidy. The only downside was the shower head riser rail was broken and the shower drain was blocked. As I couldn’t contact anyone directly I had to unblock the drain myself otherwise we would not have been able to use the shower. "

"Loved this house, but there are a few oddities such as an enormous unnecessary pdf/videos of inventory and bamboo cups etc in an effort to be eco friendly which are strange - our group is passionate about the environment and we discussed why not reuse mugs/glassware from a charity shop?! "Tudor Cottage is wonderful! Louise provides an amazing afternoon tea on arrival (home made scones and cake), plus a huge array of bathroom products. The breakfast is made to order and plentiful. Clean and extremely comfortable. Even though it's on a main road, we thought it was pretty quiet, especially overnight."
