"Great hotel, my room was small, but the hotel is in the center of town and that worked for me. The waiting staff were great and helpful and stopped for chats as I was travelling/eating on my own."

"This was our third visit to the Fisherman's Cot and the first time for an overnight stay. There is a good selection of food at reasonable prices and very good breakfast. Staff were friendly and polite. We stayed in an annex which was OK but the outside fabric of the building is in need of renovation. Room was fine and clean, although bath panel was heavily water damaged. There is scope to improve decor (pictures on the wall for example) to give a more homely feel"

"Atmospheric & characterful Spotlessly clean everywhere Well equipped suite & bathroom Welcoming staff; nothing too much trouble Excellent breakfast"

"Lovely place to stay, grounds lovely and room clean. Restaurant very busy so would advise to book early if you want an evening meal. Food was excellent."

"A nice place to stay with family. Kids loved the place."

"Great stay for 1 night when heading south."

"Great value for money-would stay again anytime"

"Amazing place, people accommodation and food, and let’s not forget the farm shop! I won’t go in to detail just go stay there and see for yourself. Truly wonderful and will be back one day. Thanks Ian 👍"
